WHO WE ARE
County Line Lock & Security was founded in 2014 by this guy, Jason Spencer, a 10-year Emergency Medical Technician and lifelong gearhead. At first, his beginnings were humble–providing full locksmithing services out of the back of a van. Since then, he’s moved to a brick-and-mortar shop in the big city of Rochester, from which County Line serves (almost) all of Western New York.
Recently he’s hired an apprentice, Neil Grayson, a former professor at RIT and escapee from academia. Together, their mission is to serve all who need locksmithing help, from individuals on a budget to high-security, high-volume corporations.
Our services include lock repair, key duplication, emergency lockouts, automotive lockouts & keys, electronic fob & card systems, access control, 
security cameras, burglar alarms, high-security lock systems, and large mastered systems such as apartments and industrial complexes.
